By using the Merkabati app, you confirm your agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree to any provision, please do not use the app.
📱 Nature & Scope of the App
Merkabati is a personal organizational and reminder tool designed to help you track vehicle maintenance schedules, store service records, and receive timely reminders.
Decisions about maintenance and safety remain the responsibility of the user and qualified professionals. Do not rely solely on this app for decisions that affect your safety.
👤 User Responsibility
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the app.
- Verifying maintenance dates, periodic inspections, and registrations remains your personal responsibility.
- The app sends reminders, but cannot guarantee that a notification is delivered or seen on time.
- Comply with all applicable traffic laws and regulations in your region.
⚖️ Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law:
- The developer bears no responsibility for damages arising from reliance on data within the app.
- The developer bears no responsibility for accidents or vehicle breakdowns related to app use.
- The developer bears no responsibility for data loss resulting from device failure or reset.
- The app does not constitute technical, legal, or insurance advice.
⭐ Premium Subscriptions
Subscription & Renewal
- Paid features are available via different subscription plans (monthly / annual).
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
- Renewal charges are applied to the account linked to your store.
Cancellation & Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through Apple App Store or Google Play settings.
- Unused time remaining after cancellation is not refunded.
- Refund requests are subject to the policy of the store through which you purchased.
Price Changes
Subscription prices may change in the future. Active subscribers will be notified of any price change before it takes effect, in accordance with each store's notification process.
Free Trial
If a free trial is offered, the paid subscription begins automatically upon its expiration unless cancelled beforehand.

All app elements (designs, icons, text, code) are the property of the developer. Reproduction or redistribution without prior written permission is not permitted.
Data you enter into the app remains entirely your own.
🚫 Prohibited Uses
- Using the app for commercial purposes without permission.
- Attempting to hack or tamper with the app's functionality.
- Repeatedly abusing free trial features.
- Using the app in a manner that violates applicable local laws.
🔄 Updates & Changes
We reserve the right to modify these Terms, update the app, or change its features at any time. The date of the latest revision will appear at the top of this page. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
🏛️ Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
