Merkabati helps you keep track of your personal vehicles with ease. You can record vehicle details, follow up on periodic maintenance, set reminders for inspections and registrations, and save information about workshops you work with.

All your data is stored directly on your device — no account creation or internet connection needed for core functionality.

💬 Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to create an account to use the app?
No. The app works entirely without an account. Your data is saved on your device only.
How do I add a new vehicle?
From the home screen, tap "Add Vehicle" or the "+" icon and enter your vehicle's details.
Can I add more than one vehicle?
Yes. You can add multiple vehicles in the free version, with additional features available via Premium subscription.
What happens to my data if I delete the app?
Locally stored data will be removed along with the app. We recommend exporting your data first from Settings.
Does the app work without an internet connection?
Yes. All core features work fully offline.

🔔 Notification Issues

I'm not receiving notifications
Make sure you've granted the app notification permission in your device settings:
— iOS: Settings → Notifications → Merkabati → Allow Notifications.
— Android: Settings → Apps → Merkabati → Notifications → Enable.
Notifications arrive late
Battery saver mode or background restrictions can affect notification timing. Check that the app is excluded from background activity restrictions in your device settings.

💾 Backup & Restore

How do I back up my data?
Go to app Settings and choose "Export Data" to save a copy of all your data to your device.
How do I transfer my data to a new device?
Export your data from the old device, then use "Import Data" in Settings on the new device.
Is there automatic backup?
Backup is currently manual. We recommend doing it regularly to protect your data.

Subscription Issues

How do I cancel my subscription?
— iOS: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Merkabati → Cancel Subscription.
— Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → Merkabati → Cancel.
I paid but Premium features aren't showing
Close and reopen the app. If the issue persists, try "Restore Purchases" from the app's Settings, or contact us by email.
I want a refund for my subscription
Refund requests are handled directly by the official store — Apple App Store or Google Play. Please refer to each store's refund policy.
