By using Merkabati Business, you confirm your agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree to any provision, please do not use the app.
🚚 Nature & Scope of the App
Merkabati Business is a fleet-management tool built for companies and organizations, designed to help you organize vehicle and driver information, track maintenance and oil records and reminders, and store fleet-related documents and attachments.
Decisions about maintenance and operational safety remain the responsibility of the user/organization and qualified professionals. Do not rely solely on this app for decisions that affect safety.
👤 User Responsibility
- You are responsible for the accuracy of fleet data (vehicles, drivers, maintenance records, documents) you enter into the app.
- Verifying maintenance dates, periodic inspections, and regulatory registrations remains your or your organization's responsibility.
- The app sends reminders, but cannot guarantee that a notification is delivered or seen on time.
- You are responsible for managing and safeguarding backups and exported files you create.
- Compliance with applicable traffic and commercial laws and regulations remains the user's responsibility.
⚖️ Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law:
- The developer bears no responsibility for damages arising from reliance on data within the app.
- The developer bears no responsibility for accidents, vehicle breakdowns, or operational losses related to app use.
- The developer bears no responsibility for loss of fleet data resulting from device failure, device reset, or the absence of a backup.
- The app does not constitute technical, legal, insurance, or accounting advice.
⭐ Subscription & Trial Period
Nature of the Subscription
The app may be downloaded free of an upfront charge, and its functionality is controlled by subscription entitlement. When paid subscriptions are offered, purchases, renewals, and cancellations are managed entirely through Google Play in accordance with its policies.
Trial Period
One-Device Policy
A paid subscription is designed to support one active device per license. Restoring Google Play purchases does not automatically transfer a license to another device, and restoring a fleet-data backup does not constitute a license transfer or proof of subscription.
Subscription Expiry or Loss of Entitlement
Expiration or loss of subscription entitlement does not delete fleet data stored on your device. The app may transition to a data-viewing mode while restricting functionality that requires an active subscription.
Price Changes
Subscription prices may change in the future via Google Play. Active subscribers will be notified of any price change before it takes effect, in accordance with the store's notification process. This document does not include specific prices, as pricing is subject to change and is displayed on the subscription page in the store.
💾 Fleet Data & Backups
- A Merkabati Business data backup is not a license and does not transfer subscription ownership to another device.
- Backup files and Excel reports must not be treated as proof of subscription ownership or as a mechanism for transferring a license.
- Archive and attachment performance depends on file sizes and the storage space available on your device; the app provides tools for managing and exporting them.

All app elements (designs, icons, text, code) are the property of the developer. Reproduction or redistribution without prior written permission is not permitted.
Fleet data you enter into the app (vehicles, drivers, records, documents) remains entirely the property of you or your organization.
🚫 Prohibited Uses
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the app or its licensing system.
- Abusing the trial period or attempting to circumvent the one-device policy.
- Using the app in a manner that violates applicable local or commercial laws.
🔄 Updates & Changes
We reserve the right to modify these Terms, update the app, or change its features at any time. The date of the latest revision will appear at the top of this page. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
🏛️ Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
